Beyond the space,we create value.

Sunshine Group is the organization behind the development: it acquires the land, structures the capital, builds and delivers. It operates in Central Florida, in towns with sustained growth and an entry price below the state median.

Casa Mía Homes® is its residential brand — the name the homes carry when they reach the families who live in them and the investors who make them possible.

We develop modern homes where every space answers to a purpose: combining function, efficiency and intelligent solutions to create value from the design of the project onward.
